Lawerence G. Brown who has been licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission since 1970 founded LGB Realty and Development, Inc. He is a graduate of Georgia State University’s School of Urban Life with a concentration in land development. He is a charter member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, which is the oldest and largest commercial board in the country.
Brown Realty Group, LLC was formed in 2015 and is Owned and Managed by Adam M. Brown a 20-year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate business. Adam Brown has represented several restaurants both local and National in their site selection, lease negotiations and build out. Brown Realty Group has an excellent relationship with all of the local shopping center developers and their agents.
